I decided to open my mortgage business after working 30 years for other lenders, where I learned how to be a good Loan Officer, a good manager, and a Leader in the industry.

By moving into the Mortgage Broker business, I have the ability to give back to my customers. Since I do not have multiple layers of management, financial arrangements with real estate offices, big buildings to pay for, or thousands of employees, I can charge less and share that benefit with my clients. Instead of charging my clients a set interest rate, I look at multiple companies and find the best interest rate for your situation. I can also find the company that does the best job underwriting and processing your mortgage, so your experience will be as smooth as possible.
